Welcome
to the Bull Run Cloggers,
Inc.
The Bull Run
Cloggers, Inc. is a non-profit group
of dancers located in Manassas, Virginia, outside of Washington, DC.
The group performs over 20 shows a year at craft shows, festivals,
fairs, civic functions, celebrations, and more. Although clogging was
traditionally done to bluegrass music, the Bull Run Cloggers dance to
modern country, Celtic, top 40, swing, and bluegrass. The group
performs a variety of styles in their routines, including traditional
Appalachian Clogging, modern clogging, Irish and Canadian step-dancing,
and swing.
The group was
founded in 1984, and its current membership of eleven dancers devote much of their spare time sharing their love of dancing. The Bull Run Cloggers, Inc. is a member of the Prince William County Arts Council and is
partially funded by the Prince William County Park Authority.
If you're interested in clogging and want to see what it's all about, please give us a call at 703-919-8588. Beginner lessons are held Monday evenings at 6:00 pm in Haymarket.
